When you purchase a single-user licence for Sun Clock you will receive a licence number that is uniquely linked to your registered user name. When these are entered into the program the following features are permanently unlocked:
- The large "Map Maker" name and logo on the centre panel can be switched off and replaced with your own name or caption and the astronomical detail panel shown in the illustration below.
- You can change the background from black to the colour of your choice.
- The centre panel can be replaced with an RSS news feed of your choice.
- Sun Clock can be displayed as a wall clock on a flat screen in a lobby, at a front desk or in some other area where user interaction is not appropriate. In "wall clock mode" the set up button, the "Advance time" button and the mouse cursor are hidden.
